Request deletion of your data

These instructions cover inquiry records stored by B&B Junk Crew, including messages received through the B&B Services Facebook Page integration.

1. Email jimmy@bbjunkcrew.com with the subject “Data deletion request.”
2. Tell us whether your inquiry came through the website or Facebook Messenger. Include your request reference if known, or the name and approximate date used in your conversation with B&B Services. Do not send passwords, access tokens, identification documents or unrelated private conversations.
3. We may ask you to confirm the request from the original email address or Messenger conversation so we can locate your records and avoid deleting another person's data.
4. After verification, we will review the request, delete eligible records from B&B-controlled systems, and explain any records we must retain for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. You can ask for the status of your request through the same email thread.

Facebook and browser records

This request applies to B&B's stored records. Meta controls its own copies of Facebook messages; use Facebook's controls for records held by Meta. Clearing a local quote draft does not delete a submitted inquiry. Use our privacy choices page to clear this tab's draft or disable first-party analytics in this browser.
