Your details, handled thoughtfully.
Effective October 17, 2026. B&B Services, operating this B&B Junk Crew website, uses the information you submit to review and respond to removal requests and property-partner inquiries.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, optional email, pickup location, project details, access notes, timing preferences, referral attribution and any photos you choose to upload. Please avoid including faces, documents or other unnecessary private information in photos.
How we use and protect it
We use these details for quoting, scheduling discussions, service communication and referral attribution. Submitted information and photos are held in restricted systems accessible to our authorized team and service providers that operate the website. We do not sell your personal information or enroll you in marketing simply because you request a quote.
Drafts and technical information
Quote text is saved in this browser tab’s session storage until it is cleared, submitted or the session ends. Unsubmitted photo previews remain in the page; leaving or refreshing requires selecting them again. Submitted uploads are stored for review. We use a hashed network address and short-lived request counters to limit spam and abuse.
Website analytics
We collect page views, session counts, referral domains, campaign tags, device categories and quote-step events to understand how the site performs. Analytics does not include your name, contact details, pickup address, photos or typed form answers. A random session identifier is kept in this tab’s session storage; we use a rolling 90-day reporting window and remove older event records as new activity is recorded. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Visits are approximate and can be affected by blockers or automated traffic.
Retention and your choices
We retain request information as needed to respond, manage the service relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. For access, correction or deletion requests, email jimmy@bbjunkcrew.com with your request reference. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Contact and referrals
Contact preferences apply to your request. Referral codes or names are recorded with the request. Cash referral rewards are not active.
