Privacy policy

Information we collect

When you request service, we collect the name, contact information, pickup location, items, access details, preferred timing, referral information, notes and photos you provide. Avoid including unnecessary personal documents or private details in photos or messages.

Facebook Messenger information

When Meta delivers a message sent to our connected B&B Services Page, our integration can store the message text, Page-scoped sender identifier, message identifier, timestamps and attachment types in our private OS. We use this information to review inquiries, organize leads, prevent duplicate imports and follow up about your request. Attachment contents remain in Meta unless you separately provide them through our website. Our integration does not import your unrelated personal conversations or treat an inquiry as consent for marketing.

How we use information

We use information to assess requested removal work, ask questions, discuss quotes and scheduling, manage service records and respond through your chosen contact channel. The current Messenger integration receives inbound messages; it does not send automatic replies or automatically confirm prices or appointments.

Access and service providers

Authorized B&B team members can access inquiry records. We use OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare-based hosting, database and file-storage infrastructure to operate the website and private OS. Meta processes Facebook messages under its own policies. Providers may process information as needed to operate these services. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose records when required by law or to protect against fraud or abuse.

Security

The private OS is access-restricted. Connection credentials are encrypted at rest and are not shown on public pages. Incoming Messenger deliveries are checked against Meta's signature before processing. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Browser storage and analytics

Quote drafts and a random analytics session identifier use this tab's session storage. Photo previews must be selected again after refresh. First-party analytics records page views, referral domains, campaign tags, device categories and quote-step events, rather than names, contact details, pickup addresses, message text or uploaded photos. Analytics uses a rolling 90-day reporting window, with older events removed as activity is recorded. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. You can disable analytics and clear the local quote draft on our privacy choices page. Security controls also use a hashed network address and request counters to limit abuse.

Retention, access and deletion

We retain inquiry information while needed to respond, manage the customer relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping needs. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing jimmy@bbjunkcrew.com. We may verify that a request relates to your records and retain information required for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. See our data deletion instructions. Removing our integration in Facebook stops the access controlled by that permission; request deletion separately for records already stored by B&B.
